My mother-in-law sent us a box of this Alaska Smoked Salmon from her recent trip:
I felt like Charlie Bucket opening the box and finding that golden bag!
The salmon was delectable. Not slimy and chewy like a lot of smoked salmon we’ve tried. It was flaky and tasty. Each box has 4 ounces–not enough for a main course but perfect on top of our salads made with CSA ingredients.
What a treat!
