Victory Helios

This is a really great summer ale. Helios is peppery, light, and a bit hoppy for a Saison style, but typical for Victory. And any hoppiness is good for me.

Victory Brew Pub

We drove out to Victory on Saturday for the tour and lunch. The tour is free and fun. Lunch was delicious. I recommend…the beer. Especially if you are a hop-lover like I am. The food isn’t so shabby, either. Nachos: check. Tasty Jerk Chicken Grinder: check. Fresh and warm potato chips: check. Fall-off-the-bone ribs: check. Growler of Old Horizontal: an excuse to return for a refill.
